Please note, we cannot offer refunds on jewellery or on swimwear.
Please return unworn, unsuitable items in its original packaging, with tags still attached to ensure you receive your full refund. Take extra care not to mark the garments. We reserve the right to refuse returned items that are marked or stained, for example with cosmetics.
Once the return has been approved you will receive a confirmation email indicating that you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
Please note that pre-ordered items and discounted items are not refundable, and we do not refund the cost spent to return the item back to The DON'T LABEL or the initial shipping costs to send the item to you.
Please ensure you return your items with a tracking number, because the DON'T LABEL are not liable for any items lost whilst being returned to us.
